Developed and implemented a process for reviewing the financial performance of assets resulting in recommendations for recognition of potential losses and satisfying the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley for reviewing asset quality. Review all legal documents to insure that all requirements for conversion to permanent loans and funding of equity installments are being met or developed strategies to meet all requirements.
