Recently accepted a new role as the Executive Vice President for Business Development for Tunuva Technologies, a small minority-owned company in Reston Virginia. Tunuva supports IC and DoD elements.

• Responsible to the Director, NGA, for the agency’s personnel, industrial, information, and physical security programs. Selected to transform the business and culture of the organization to meet the future requirements.
• Implemented technology into the personnel security practices to minimize timelines, automate processes, avoid duplication, and streamline the process flow.
• Integrated CE and the security financial disclosure program into personnel security workflows.
• Representative on the senior–level Personnel Evaluation Board, Personnel Security Board, Personnel Security Appeals Board, and the Culture of Respect Working Group. Senior Champion for the NGA Supervisory Council.

• Stood up and grew the NGA Insider Threat Program. Recognized by IC and DoD leadership as the gold model standard for insider threat programs and the sharing of best practices with government and industry.
• Responsible to the Director of NGA for all activities and operations to detect, deter, mitigate, and report insider threats to NGA facilities, personnel, data, and infrastructure.
• USG representative on an Insider Threat Exchange forum with the US financial sector. Subject matter expert (SME), speaker, and panelist on numerous industry and government forums.

• Founder and Co-chair of the Multinational Geospatial Coordination Program (MGCP) and Co-chair of the TANDEM-X Production Program.
• U.S. focal point and champion for all geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) international relationships, D&R policies, and support to foreign military sales; managed over 70 limited distribution geospatial data sharing.
• Implemented a deliberate, proactive strategy to transform the GEOINT international affairs enterprise through significant expansion of classified intelligence and source sharing arrangements, and increased NGA’s.
• Developed D&R policy to encourage proactive GEOINT contribution to military operations and crisis events; pre-staged ‘trigger authorities’ enabling immediate assistance to allies.
• Represented NGA in multiple foreign countries and hosted hundreds of senior foreign officials.

Developed proactive GEOINT sharing policies for NGA and the community, including crisis operations, coalition events, humanitarian disasters, and public release policies. SME on IC and DoD policies for sharing national intelligence with USG partners, international allies, coalition partners, and the public.

Drafted and coordinated Intelligence Community Directive 501- “Discovery and Dissemination or Retrieval of Information within the Intelligence Community” required by the Intelligence Reform and Terrorist Prevention Act of 2004. Coordinated across the 17 IC elements to develop consensus and adopt sharing methodologies

Selected as the first CW Division Chief in International Affairs. Initiated interagency coordination to bring New Zealand back as a GEOINT sharing partner for the first time since 1987. Spearheaded the design and implementation of the first classified email connectivity with GEOINT partners leveraging existing IT infrastructure.
