As the Electronics Maintenance Officer I was responsible for IT security, the day to day operations and policies of the IT division. Controlled an annual $1.6M budget. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the commands infrastructure including the buildings and associated grounds, emergency diesel generator and associated Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, security systems, and leased lines (voice and data).
