• Supports the successful execution of all end-to-end Special Purpose Vehicle activities for TMF’s clients, ensuring that client set-ups are completed in a timely and accurate manner in line with the Irish Companies Act 2014.• Ensures the successful delivery of client work with accuracy and completeness for a portfolio of SPVs. • Ensures TMF meets our obligations to clients, providing all SPV set-up services needed to effectively close a transaction within required timelines.• Convenes board meetings to approve entry into transactions, ensures that director queries are answered, seeking further information where required.• Works closely with other teams in TMF Ireland, including but not limited to, the Entity Management, CMS Transaction Review and Client Accounting teams.• Builds relationships with clients whilst enhancing TMF’s strong reputation in the Capital Markets Services space with tax advisors, banks, custodians, lawyers and other key partners.• Drafts and self-reviews set-up/boarding documents including local filings, tax registrations and classifications before validating with the Client Account Manager.• Assists with the co-ordination and the resolution of KYC and Customer Due Diligence queries.• Ensures that the TMF internal Anti-Money Laundering compliance procedures are complied with in full and in a timely manner.• Works under the direction of a Client Account Manager ensuring that work is delivered on time.• Supports incorporation and subsequent Entity Management activities for clients in line with the Irish Companies Act 2014 ensuring that entities remain fully compliant with legislation.• Provides exceptional customer service whilst being decisive, firm and empathetic with customers.• Ensures customer complaints are escalated to the Client Account Manager within 24 hours.• Assists in business development and identifies opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of other company services, or billing for out of scope items.
