• Develop tooling, fixturing, sand patterns, prototype part designs, etc. • Perform inspections using computerized Cimcore / Romer (Portable CMM machine) In-house and at customer sites • Reverse engineer molds or parts by combining use of Romer machine with NX-Unigraphics CAD. Customers needed to replace old, existing tooling or parts that no longer had design documentation to rebuild. This method provided our customers with a design for their product, replicating the original within .003” removing any guesswork. • Conducted internal ISO audits. Uncovered and corrected various issues prior to Surveillance Audits, thus always maintaining certification. Coordinated ISO program to make sure internal and external findings were resolved in an appropriate amount of time.
