ARF Financial LLC ("ARF"), is a leading specialty lender for restaurant, hospitality and medical practice loans. ARF has originated and serviced over 18,000 loans to small businesses nationwide since 2001 approaching over $1B in fundings. At ARF, Bob serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and works to develop relationships with commercial loan brokers and other affinity and referral partners. Bob also heads up ARF Capital Advisors, LLC which focuses on larger loans and special credits. Bob also serves as general counsel to ARF and its holding company, HSP Group, LLC. Prior to joining ARF in 2004, Bob was in private practice as a partner in both regional and national law firms, focusing in real estate acquisition, development and finance, asset based lending and corporate and public finance.
