I am currently the Surfactants Technical Department Leader at P&G's Cincinnati Chemicals Plant under Fabric Care, Product Supply. I graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a B.S. in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering with a Magna Cum Laude honors.I am the Site PCS Leader at the Chemicals Plant where I am accelerating the Site to reach Controlled State. I am also the Asian Pacific American leader for my Site where I will be establishing events to spread awareness for my heritage. I am a co-leader for the XLR8 new hire group where we create an inclusive environment for all those that are new to the company to start building a network within P&G.In the future, I hope to continue building my technical mastery within P&G by pursuing roles that link Engineering and Innovation with Leadership responsibilities. I also hope to incorporate travel in my work which may soon come to life as I am in training to become the Global Equipment Area Owner for Chemithon systems. This will allow me to assist other Surfactant sites around the world by utilizing standards and troubleshooting techniques.
