COO of the Specialty Division of companies within K2 Insurance Services.The Specialty Division of Aegis General Insurance Agency is a program administrator for specialized residential property insurance programs in the United States, with an emphasis on California and other western locations.Aegis Extended Service is a vehicle service contract provider that supplies motorcycle and powersports dealers nationally with a full suite of F&I products.

Oversee product development, distribution and marketing for the Aegis Specialty Division of Aegis General Insurance Agency. Focus is on residential property insurance, including DIC, earthquake, vacation rental and other specialty products.

Oversee product and marketing functions for Aegis Extended Service, operating as Aegis Powersports. Part of the executive leadership team for this national service contract provider that specializes in F&I products for motorcycles, ATV's, PWC's, snowmobiles and other powersport units.

Oversee product develoment, marketing and joint venture operations for a national P&C company. Includes evaluating and implementing business development deals, development of corporate distribution strategies and all aspects of product and exposure management relative to both insurance and non-insurance products.

Oversaw initial fundraising and regulatory development for a small start-up insurance operation while transitioning from the Sacramento area back to the San Francisco Bay Area. Successfully completed initial business plans, raised initial start-up capital and recruited next President and CEO to continue company operations.

A member of the Commissioner's Executive Staff, responsible for identifying and championing initiatives to improve the customer experience for insurance carriers, producers and consumers. Served as NAIC Liaison for the CDI and chaired national working groups that developed the framework for the regulation of online insurance marketing and the admission practices for insurance carriers nationally.
