Under the supervision of the head custodian clean and maintain an elementary school

Day to day janitorial duties and facility maintenance .

The Master Custodian, is under the general supervision of Facilities Director and the immediate supervision of the building Principal and the direct supervisor of the school custodial staff. He/she will perform and/or manage the routine custodial care, maintenance, repair, protection and preservation of the St Michael school building, its contents, grounds, and any other assigned work while working cooperatively with the entire staff.The Master Custodian will be required to perform and/or report the need of routine and/or major repairs, assure that the building heating is working adequately, as well as the other mechanicals that allow for a properly functioning building. Also, that the building is being cleaned properly, that it is safe, remove snow and ice and other debris from walks, steps and entryways, keep and report inventory of all cleaning and repair supplies, unload delivery trucks as needed and other assigned duties.

Sewer inspection and support. Work with camera operator to assess and assemble the proper robotic camera to maximize efficiency.Traffic control when necessary.Monitor CCTV video feed to maintain operating efficiency.Assist with problem solving and customer service when necessary.

Clean and maintain fine fabrics and upholstery manage in-house cleaning of area rugs, oriental and custom floor coverings . Service custom leather fabrics and furnishings. Positions held In-House Cleaning Manager, Service Technician, Commercial Service Manager
