Rob is recognized as one of the top insurance technology leaders in the voluntary benefits workspace. He has consistently delivered award winning and innovative solutions to both Fortune 50 and privately held companies over his 30 year career.Among Rob’s many accomplishments, he is regarded for his award winning design for “Enrollment Architect”, and is credited, along with a small group of other technology leaders, for founding the LIMRA data exchange standards initiative. Rob has also introduced many ground-breaking technology solutions to the insurance industry including automated data synchronization and intelligent RPA techniques for EDI management and delivery. Rob has been invited to speak at several industry events discussing enrollment technology and sits on many industry committees and work groups to help drive success in the Voluntary Benefits industry.Prior to joining the Forza Group, Rob held the position of Vice President of Enrollment for ManhattanLife where he transitioned the online enrollment technology and membership from Humana. While at Humana, Rob reimagined the group worksite vision, creating a positive enrollment experience for groups and members while providing cost saving operational efficiencies. Prior to his work at Humana, Rob was the Chief Architect for one of the industry’s leading Benefit Administration and Enrollment Technology companies. He introduced many cutting edge software solutions and positioned the company as one of the leaders in the industry. Having worked with many carriers, including Aflac, Chubb, Allstate, Voya, Humana, AIG, Sun Life and others, Rob has formed relationships that help to mold technology solutions that meet the needs of the industry’s vast and diverse array of consumers.Early on in Rob’s career, he was partner and Vice President for a software company that provided Web based solutions at the dawn of the internet era. Some of these accomplishments included a predecessor to today’s online job boards, a facility placement system that helped connect patients and long term care facilities, a personalized vitamin and wellness program and an online collaboration tool for companies to manage catastrophic events. Rob also developed and ran software for companies with self-funded insurance plans administering billing, member policies, claims and adjudication.Rob has been active in providing campaign enrollment assistance for many charitable organizations such as Project Hope and Catholic Charities, and Cultural organizations such as Carnegie Hall and The Barnes Foundation.
