Services are focused on project planning, budget adherence and cost control, scheduling, identification and adherence to project time constraints, and change orders while meeting the quality requirements of the contract documents.

Oversaw daily operation of multiple projects from the design development through project closeout. Daily responsibilities included coordination with the General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and various Consultants to make sure the facilities were built in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

Responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout, and for ensuring that the owners expectations and budgetary guidelines are met. Daily activities include, budget / forecasting, scheduling, change management, contract negotiations, estimating, subcontractor selection, owner and subcontractor billings, and daily communications with all team members.
