Responsibilities include managing human and financial resources, liaising and working in collaboration with other provinces, school districts and schools, ensuring staff professional development, briefing Ministers and Deputy Ministers, representing the Department at provincial, national and international meetings, presenting and explaining complex data in laymen's terms to a variety of audiences.
