Provide superb customer service and sales of employee benefits, including life, cancer, critical illness, and accident insurance, to clients in Houston and the surrounding areas. Train and supervise of a team of 4 to 8 agents. Works with a team to ensure production goals are established and met. Facilitates leadership development for up and coming agents. Establishes a meeting schedule both with the entire team and individual agents to help find areas for improvement and establish expectations. Directly oversees all operations with clients including meetings, enrollments, records management and retention, and determining the best plan and options available for each individual client.

Taught and conducted two (2) of the four (4) bands in the program, including lesson planning, development of curriculum, and preparation for University Interscholastic League (UIL) contests for both marching and concert bands. Completed logistical planning of musical events. Managed the organization and storage of musical equipment and the upkeep of the program’s multi-million dollar uniform collection. Assisted the middle school directors of the high school feeder line on a daily basis.

Taught and conducted the 7th grade ensemble including lesson planning, development of curriculum and preparation for University Interscholastic League (UIL) contests. Taught the beginner classes for all 6th grade Trumpet, French Horn, Flute, and Saxophone students. Established an independent study course and developed the curriculum for each student involved. Assisted in the logistical planning of all trips and assisted the high school director in increasing the overall program expectations across all grade levels.
