Assist Karl Storz Endoscopy Canada sales group in responding to public procurement in Quebec.• February to August 2020. Development of KPIs, identification of improvement opportunities for the procurement department at Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC).• March 2018 to January 2020. Assist Bell Canada (formerly xwave, a division of Bell-Aliant) in the preparation of business cases, bids for RFP, negotiations and contract management with various Quebec health entities clients and related subcontractors, Oracle, Orion, Health, CGI and Fujitsu (formerly DMR) for the implementation of a large health IT system for the Province of Quebec (EHR initiative). • February to November 2009. Assist the SIRP project office of the Quebec Provincial Police in coordinating the preparation of a service level agreement (SLA) for use of the RENIR (Réseau national intégré de radiocommunication) managed by le Centre de services partagés du Québec (CSPQ). • June to December 2008. Assist the SIRP project office (Système intégré de radiocommunications policières) of the Quebec Provincial Police in coordinating the preparation of an RFP for the acquisition and implementation of a solution Computer-Aided Dispatch across the Quebec Province.

Responsibilities :• Responsible for creating a centralized corporate procurement function, including the establishment of the strategy, policies and procedures, hiring a team and implementing the necessary tools and processes;• Provide leadership to the procurement function;• Provide strategic procurement support for management and user departments;• Develop, implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures, based on a combination of best practices from the private and public sectors;• Manage and coach the corporate procurement team;• Administers all contracts (leases, IT, investment managers, legal services, consultants, etc.);• Develop and maintain relationships with the majority of suppliers in Canadian health-care IT.
