Project Manager to stabilize and optimize the PeopleSoft implementation at Florida State College. Effectively develop and execute a project plan from the ground up addressing all business pillars inclusive of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, HCM 9.2, iHub 9.1, and Campus Solutions 9.0 (primary focus). Develop and execute ERP maintenance plans, governance and governance structures as well as implement ITIL compliant change management practices and Project Management principles along PMBOK guidelines.

The Director, Enterprise Resource Planning – Campus Solutions, is responsible for the support of the PeopleSoft ERP specifically for Campus Solutions and its ancillary systems and integration to other ERP components and 3rd party systems. Campus Solutions includes student records, student financials, financial aid, student center, and student registration systems. The Director has responsibility for serving as the interface with assigned business units for systems support, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

Leads the Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) team at the University of Colorado University Information Systems (UIS) department and interact at an associate director level. The role manages the teams responsible for of Campus Solutions 9.0, CRM 9.1, Degree Audit module, Cedar Crestone Admissions Application, and other peripheral applications related to the student system, interact with multiple vendors both on-shore and off-shore, campuses and their liaisons. Drive strategic planning for the new student system as CU moves from project and implementation mode into service delivery with enhancements (SDLC). Lead the ISIS application managers and technical leads when making decisions regarding the development and formulation of policy and other guidelines, the direction of overall ISIS production objectives and activities, and the consideration and implementation of new state-of-the-art technologies in the student and related integrated systems.

Led a very complex department responsible for the management of over $60MM in federal, state and local programs, strategic planning, federal and state compliance, providing services to a large diverse customer base, budget, employee training, and adhering to strict performance metrics. Responsible PeopleSoft Campus Solutions maintenance testing, upgrade and technology enhancements•Initiated the solely implemented Oracle BI Publisher to create all communications to students, automatically generate monthly and ad hoc reports to various administrative and academic departments, enhanced the customer experience, administrative decision making, and improved overall customer service while reducing costs;•Completed PeopleSoft 8.0 and 9.0 implementation as functional lead for Academic Structure, Campus Community, and Financial Aid, . Exceeded implementation deadline, under budget, and implemented a wider scope of the product than initially planned;•Completely redesigned functional business processes which improved application response time from 3 months to less than 1 week while reducing work force by 40% and cutting my operating budget by 25% resources;•Initially applied, received and implemented a unique Federal College Work Study program with the College of Medicine and School of Nursing to meet student training and community service needs in providing free and/or reduced cost health care;•Eliminated all existing compliance issues for the first time in institutional history and remained without significant audit finding, is considered a "model office" by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board; the only office to receive that distinction during an audit.•Designed and implemented unique programs and business processes designed to meet individual departmental needs which minimized time and effort, improved accuracy, and eliminated redundant paperwork and process across the institution;

Responsible for the development and implementation of all customer based delivery systems with respect to federal compliance, and timely delivery of service. Managed a staff of over 80 providing a plethora of different services covering grants, loans, scholarships, student employment and compliance area at one time or another.•Redesigned business processes improving applicant processing by 20%;•Led the implementation of an online scholarship application and management system;•Led the creation of a full service Student Employment Office that coordinated on and off campus student employment, serving as the de facto Human Resources and Payroll office for all student employment at no additional cost to the university. The program was self-funding.•Designed and implemented the America Reads program at Texas A&M, working with area nonprofits and school districts we places over 200 tutors in programs around the Bryan/College Station area in the first year. This continues to be a highly successful program;•Primary principal in the first Division strategic plan and was responsible for integrating the departmental strategic plan into the division and institution strategic plan;

This one year contract position was to take over and reengineer the Financial Aid Office that had been struggling with business process problems and audit issues. My primary function was to streamline all business processes to minimize the student application process, resolve outstanding audit issues, and implement a new student information system.• Reduced employee turnover from 105% annually to less than 10%• Processed a backlog of over 8,000 applications in one month, manually• Designed business controls to minimize errors and reduce audit exposure• Maximized utilization of the existing student system to process application in the most expedient manner reducing the application time frame from five months to two weeks• Implemented SCT IA + Student Information System (now SunGard Banner) without institutional backfill in 8 months• Successfully completed a Federal program review, a State audit, and a Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation audit without finding• Trained employees on the new system to be proficient, self-sustaining upon the end of my contract
