In 2013, I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Finance. I started with Fiducius in April of 2014, as the ninth employee, and in September of that year was given the responsibility of developing the Renewal Services Department. We now have over 45 employees, nine of which work in the Renewal Services Department. Since the Renewal Services Department began, in September of 2014, we have maintained an average client retention rate of 90%.
