About Robert Leach

Sales and general management professional, with strong solutions sales, business development and operational management experience. Track record in leadership, sales management, marketing, and customer relationship.Following 20 years in commercial sales, sales management, marketing and customer service, joined BT and enjoyed six years leading BT’s Police team, then joining Capita in April 2012 to lead and grow their Police & Justice business. After leaving Capita in August 2015, took a contracted role at the (then) recently established Police ICT Company, which led to an interim contract as Deputy CEO, followed in April 2017 by the position of Interim CEO following the resignation of the former CEO. After the appointment of a permanent IT operations focussed CEO at the end of March 2018, led Hitachi Vantara’s mission to establish a team to focus on (and increase) Police and Public Sector revenues. Since October 2019, I have operated as R Leach Consulting, providing strategic advisory services to organisations operating in the Police & Justice market Specialties: leadership; sales, sales strategy and business development; sales management and general management. Excellent knowledge of the Police and Justice Market - its' people, stakeholders and the supplier community.
