A Focal Analyst is a dedicated point of contact for (CSaaS) Cyber Security as a Service customers. This position requires both technical and soft skills while collaborating with internal departments to deliver exceptional service to my defined customers.• Providing cyber resilience improvement strategies.• Re-engaging non-responsive customers to becoming fully engaged along with performing proof of concepts. • Vulnerability management. • Advising customers to get Cyber Essentials ready.• Drive rule logic conversations to have customer-specific detection in the SOC. • Working with the Treat Intelligence team to provide vulnerability intelligence and remediation for suspected or actively exploited vulnerabilities in the wild.• Working with customers for best practices of the CMDB and reduction of attack surface. • Drive ticket resolution times for timely responses. • Getting external products integrated with SOAR working with all relevant stakeholders.• Regularly review customers' infrastructure and provide gap analysis and remediation plans.• Build customer information documentation to aid the SOC with relevant information for informed triaging of alerts.
