During 20 years with Dawn i have held multiple positions including, receiving, order selecting, line supply, warehouse crew leader, warehouse supervisor, and worked as the warehouse manager for months at a time during his absence, overseeing as many as 33 warehouse employees. as SAP super user i assist with issues in the warehouse as well as customer service and order entry. month end and year end expenditures and write-off reports. I handle all quality control issues and customer credit approvals, and error reports for warehouse, CSR's, delivery drivers, and sales reps. I lead the team during year end inventory of the entire warehouse (117,000 SQFT / 7-9 million in inventory).
