As a principal at Kansas City Public Schools, I lead a team of educators and staff committed to providing high-quality and equitable education for all students. I have created and delivered courses and workshops on various topics, such as curriculum development, instructional strategies, diversity and inclusion, and social-emotional learning. I have also facilitated professional development and coaching for teachers and administrators, as well as collaborated with parents and community partners to support student success. With over a decade of experience in education, I have developed strong skills in educational leadership, course design, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. I am passionate about fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration in my school and district. My goal is to empower students and educators to achieve their full potential and to contribute to positive social change.
