From December 2003 to January 2007, I was a Project Management Specialist with the Navy Medicine Information Management Center (NMIMC), Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) representing NMIMC on the Military Health System (MHS) Enterprise Architecture Board, Configuration Control Board, Personnel Reliability Program IPT, Global Information Grid (GIG) Compliance (Requirements Based) IPT, Tri-care Management Activity (TMA) Technology Integration Working Group, and Composite Health Care System II (CHCS II) IPTs and working groups as GS-12.From July 1999 to June 2001, I was a Senior Functional Analyst with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) supporting United States European Command (USEUCOM) J3 Commander in Chief Sponsor and Operational Manager for the C4I for Coalition Warfare Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) involving the Multilateral Interoperability Programme (MIP) and the concept development phase of the USEUCOM J6 FY00 Adaptive Battlespace Awareness (ABA) ACTD.
