As the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Parsons Corporation, I work in and across all Defense & Intelligence Sectors to identify, establish, and execute on opportunities that position Parsons to expand its presence across the airborne, cyber, and space domains.

Spearheaded a 52-person interagency office overseeing rapid acquisition, concept development, testing, and transition of multi-domain combat capabilities significantly enhancing the lethality of DoD air operations. Directly responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk across $1B program exceeding all DoD acquisition metrics. Aligned growth, execution, and talent management within the portfolio to highly prioritized Office of Secretary of Defense initiatives.

Academic Year 2019 Fellow in USAF Blue Horizons Fellowship Program. This CSAF-chartered, future-oriented Fellowship explores military-technical and geostrategic competition and its implications for Air Force strategy and planning. My Fellowship Project focused on the generation of asymmetric combat capabilities enabled by the tactical integration of aircraft, cyber, and satellites. This project was transitioned to OSD's Strategic Capabilities Office after a successful demonstration.

Commanded 225 civilian, military, and contractor personnel across five groups executing a $650M / year budget. Managed cost, schedule, performance, and risk in the deployment of a $4B+ national space defense architecture. Developed a highly regarded analytic approach to space resiliency, successfully connecting physics-based analyses to value-derived acquisition decisions at program, operational, and architectural levels. Acknowledged as a nationally recognized expert on space defense providing regular briefings to the Vice President of the United States, the National Security Council, the Chairman of Joint Chief of Staff, the Director of National Intelligence, and Congressional Staffers.

Distinguished Graduate

Directed rapid technology development and fielding of space defense systems. As Program Manager, I was responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of $250M/year in Intelligence Community contracts.

Developed & taught 18 university-level physics courses ranging from mechanics to advanced quantum theory. Managed basic science research efforts for 52 faculty across 3 research centers w/ $10M/year budget. Founded USAFA's nationally recognized Center for Physics Education Research (CPER).

Directed and managed activities of 22 scientists across a $250M facility with a $24M/year budget emphasizing research on ignition and combustion of hypersonic and rocket fuels.Senior Program Manager overseeing 85 DoD contracts valued at $500M.

Development of software and hardware for the Compact Muon Solenoid, a high energy physics particle detector at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. Co-developed muon simulation and analysis software associated with the discovery of new elementary particles in the CMS detector, including the Higgs boson.
