Major accomplishments include:- Performed onsite move activities of AMDC1 to consolidate during COVID-19- Lead Windows 7 clean-up efforts on Prudhoe Bay, Alaska with locating, migrating, and developing the plan to migrate 200+ PC's from Windows 7 to Windows 10 to ensure safety and security of devices.- Managed the Windows 10 deployment for T&S at 30 S. Wacker TAG developing deployment plan, application testing to avoid the inability for traders to trade. Processes developed were used globally for T&S- Developed training and provided 2 day on site O365 training for US Refineries and offices as a power user- Perform duties as IT&S HSSE Area Authority for Chicagoland Sites T&S Disaster recovery site ensuring safe operations and staying compliant with all safety aspects- Actively engaged as IT Accessibility Champion ensuring appropriate visibility into Accessibility needs for IT support as well as end users- Lead the launch of the myIT bar for 30 S. Wacker and was team lead of myIT bar providing high levels of customer service to all users- Manage inventory/stock and assist with new PC ordering - Assist with implementing PCaaS to the sites to ensure smooth transition without business impact - Implementation of MRL/compliance controls to allow T&S to move into PCaaS environment without introducing risk and ensuring MRL population stays compliant with all required controls for regulatory compliance- Provide level 3 desktop IT support for Chicagoland area offices and USPL offices supporting over 2000 users, ~200 LT members and traders to troubleshoot over 500 applications, AV equipment, printers, 1st level network support and mobile phones/tablets (iOS/Android).- Applications include business critical trading applications (Trading Technologies, Bloomberg, ICE, Reuters, Marketview, etc) to ensure functionality to allow trading to occur while maintaining and ensuring compliant operation

Advised local Afghanistan government on improvements to computer equipment, as well as provided IT support and training to local Afghanistan government workers. Received Army Achievement Medal for successful set up new Tactical Operations Center and successfully running daily missions.March 2008 - April 2011 - Provided technical support and training for user and military owned electronic devices, including networks, computers, GPS systems, military automated systems, as well as radio and data distribution systems.
