Led Marine Imagine Systems Group sales, marketing, customer service and field service engineering teams located in the US, EAME, Russia and China. Principle accountabilities included, creation of strategic account plans, development of 5 year and fiscal year revenue forecast. Creation and implementation of technology road map and business plan for advanced positioning and steerable control systems.

Provided customers and sales team with technical and commercial sales support from quote to cash, global import and export of products to customers and field personnel. Management of field service engineering department for coordinated installation and service of marine acquisition systems. Support both sustaining engineering and new product development and commercialization of marine towed streamer and ocean bottom seismic acquisition systems. Customer liaison to engineering department for corrective action of issues or advocate of enhancements based on customer input and field experience.

Technical and operational support for the development and field test of prototype and commercial underwater acoustic positioning systems used in marine towed streamer and ocean bottom seismic arrays for oil and gas exploration. Aid in the development of underwater acoustic release and shallow water transponder system for geophysical and commercial applications.

Operate and perform organizational and intermediate to advanced maintenance on ship's control and navigation system, auxiliary power, atmospheric monitoring and control systems and interior communications. Served as ship's diver responsible for the safety of harbor and at sea operations of personnel.
