The Field Account Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the SVP and Client Services. The Field Account Specialist is responsible for identifying and making recommendations weekly to SVP. Focus on understanding each of the products within Client Services and understand what the numbers are telling us. This position requires the individual to be extremely detailed oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The employee needs to have highly developed customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment with service deliverables at a premium expectation.
