Key Duties:-Data analysis and reporting: Helping collect and analyze employee retention and engagement data, detect patterns, and prepare strategic decision-making reports-Program Development and Implementation: Working with the Command Career Counselor (Retention Sergeant Major) to create and implement recognition, career development, and work-life balance programs to boost employee engagement-Communication and Collaboration: Helping the Command Career Counselor (Retention Sergeant Major) and cross-functional teams communicate to align goals and implement retention tactics on schedule.-Training Support: Assistance in planning and delivering training programs on retention best practices, leadership development, and effective communication to help supervisors and managers thrive-Administrative Support: Scheduling meetings, keeping records, and organizing retention-related eventsResearch and Benchmarking: Study industry trends, employee retention, and engagement best practices to improve-Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and implementing retention projects and programs within timeframes and budgets-Employee Feedback and Surveys: Helping create and implement employee surveys and feedback methods to understand employee happiness, engagement, and retention drivers.-Performance Evaluation Support: Working with the Command Career Counselor (Retention Sergeant Major) to identify areas for improvement and professional advancement in performance evaluation processes.-Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Helping supervisors and managers resolve employee difficulties and maintaining a positive work environment-Continuous Improvement: Proactively finding ways to improve retention methods, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting new ways to boost employee engagement and happiness
