Conducted competitive process to hire SCE’s first FAA Administrator. • Appointed as the Senior Manager responsible for developing SCE's Pole Loading Program. Formed a cross-functional team of project managers and subject matter experts who developed and wrote the PLP program plan over a period of less than two months. Interviewed and hired the PLP project management team to enable full execution of PLP beginning in 2014. PLP was designed to assess all poles over a seven year period for compliance with pole loading requirements and remediate any deficiencies over a twelve year period, including the replacement of nearly 275,000 poles, for an estimated cost of $350 million O&M and $3.3 billion capital.
