• Management of a 16 million capital works budget. This included design, documentation, quality control, technical advice and infrastructure appraisal planning.
• Formulate works programs including development of briefs and options
• Develop scopes of work with clients
• Procure, brief and supervise in-house staff/consultants engaged on design and documentation activities ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and legislative requirements
• Arrange design certification, client sign-off and tendering of works in strict accordance with Commonwealth and Defence procurement policy.
