The Nashua, NH TradePoint Systems location ran independently until December 2008 when it merged with the Marlborough, MA Kewill office into a new centralized office located in Chelmsford, MA.I was essentially a one-man IT department for most of my tenure before the merger of the two companies in December 2008. Responsible for all aspects of the IT infrastructure (in-house plus a remote hosted facility) including procurement, configuration, and administration of all Network equipment (switches, routers, firewall), PBX phone system, servers (AD, Exchange, VPN, DNS, WINS, DHCP, File, and IIS), Backups (Veritas Backup Exec), Antivirus (Symantec Corporate Edition), support of all local and remote end-users, plus VPN tunnels with customers and US Customs.Led the onsite negotiations for the acquired hardware assets of ClearCross in 2002.Coordinated move of the company's data center from Manhatten, NY to Marlborough, MA. Assisted in moving the company in January, 2001 and again in December 2008.
