I am currently working remotely for ResQ on the Vodafone campaign as an inbound telesales and customer service agent. I communicate with customers who call Vodafone for a wide variety of reasons and provide them with efficient, courteous, and personalized service. I handle inquiries ranging from sales to billing issues to technical support to complaints, always aiming to resolve concerns effectively. My role requires an understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

I ran the rehearsal department of the music space at The Warren and was responsible for maintaining all music equipment in that department. I would also run recording session in the studio, as well as help setup live music events, in which I would share live sound engineering responsibilities with other staff.

I was responsible for diagnosing faults with any item and repairing them for resale as well as cleaning the work area at the end of the day.

I was responsible for making outgoing sales calls to potential new customers and guiding them through the signing up process.

I would sell our latest products to customers as well as handle any paperwork involved with sales.
