Responsible for developing and standardizing work practices across the fleet in order to maximize efficiencies in supporting online and outage work. Procurement Engineering ensures that the necessary technical and quality requirements are invoked for material purchases to support plant maintenance.Successfully integrated 5 separate engineering groups into one centralized engineering organization. This involved standardizing work practices across the fleet, increasing worker efficiency to eliminate long standing backlogs, improving performance metrics, and instilling accountability within the organization.Requested by Senior Management to provide support to other groups in the department to improve processes and production.
