Over 27years Retail Experience with 22 years of Retail Management in which performed duties such as providing superior service to store customers answering questions and effectively assisting with problems resulting in positive solutions. Interviewed and hired new staff, managed departmental operations and store employees. Over the last few years have entertained going into the healthcare field and have obtained Associates and Bachelors degrees in Health information Management. Have had the opportunity to get experience in these areas while performing Capstone Externships on two separate occasions. Obtained Health Information Technician Certification to become a Registered Health Information Technician. I am looking for opportunities in both of the fields and feel I would be a strong addition to just about any team in either of these fields.
