Managed Section Managers and Storeroom Foreman who themselves managed represented and non represented personnel. The Maintenance Planning group directly supported the Maintenance Foreman and more than 200 maintenance techs who maintained over 600 acres of facilities, infrastructure, shops, rolling stock and equipment for 6000+ shipbuilders at Ingalls Pascagoula alone. Some activities included emergent work, planned maintenance tasks and various continuous improvement projects intended to reduce equipment downtime and/or optimize utilization with regard to operators, equipment and technicians.
