Supervisor of total construction effort to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule and are staffed appropriately. Interfacing with all on-site work teams (including subcontractors) as required, to resolve problems, ensure quality, safety and achieving schedules in support of overall project objectives.

Liabilities included all aspects of the company from budgeting and design through the culmination of construction. Duties also included the hiring of all subcontractors, writing of contracts, negotiating change orders, and bidding all work.

Responsible for maintaining and adhering to project schedules, preparing reports, anticipating and resolving field issues, recording and maintaining as built drawings, and above all physical inspection and approval of all work preformed.

Was accountable for all day to day operations of the company including but not limited to scheduling of all crews. Maintaining budget goals and serving as liaison between B&B and municipal inspectors.

Duties included design of all underground utilities for four municipalities, estimating costs of the job and responding to the field to approve any changes to the plans and specification.

Responsibilities included conducting site and unit inspections, supervising and coordinating contractors/vendors, executing a preventive maintenance program, purchasing materials, and supervising day to day maintenance and janitorial duties of the properties, as well as staff supervision.
