I am an experienced litigator who has experience handling complex business litigation, insurance and reinsurance disputes and health care lawsuits and administrative proceedings. I have a number of published decisions in the health care area, including Hoag Memorial Hospital v Tom Price, 866 F.3d 1072 (9th Cir. 2017); Alameda Health V. Ctrs. For Medicare & Medicaid, 287 F. Supp. 3D 896 (N.D.Cal. 2017); and California Association for Health Services at Home v. Department of Health Services, 148 Cal.App.4th 696 (2007). I have handled complex reinsurance arbitrations where there were hundreds of millions of dollars at issue. I have also represented clients in complex business litigation, including antitrust case, trade secret cases, and business tort cases.
