  I have been in the mining/exploration industry for 34 years. I started my career exploring for diamonds in the Temagami and New Liskeard area for Monopros Limited. I broadened my career as a mine geological Technician working in the gold industry from 1988 to 1999;. I worked for Barrick Gold at the Holt McDermott Mine and Kinross Gold at the Macassa Mine. I went back to school for my BSc in Geology at Laurentian University from 1999-2002. After completing my degree, I landed a contract job with Wallbridge mining doing exploration around the Sudbury Basin from 2002-2004. I proceeded to work in the in the base metal industry for Falconbridge Mining at the Craig mine in 2004-2005. Shortly thereafter, I started to work for INCO at the Coleman mine, then to where I currently reside at Creighton Mine. I have obtained muck knowledge and have met many true friends and colleges along the way. I would have to say that the highlight of my career has been when I worked for myself as a project geologist for Wallbridge Mining. I gained a vast amount of knowledge about the Sudbury basin and worked with some great people, like Andy Bite and Bill Dyke, to mention but a few. Show less
