Securities experience includes representing companies under investigation by the Department of Justice, the SEC, and FINRA. Antitrust experience includes defense of privately-brought Sherman Act claims and defense against suit brought by the Department of Justice. Appellate experience includes oral argument in front of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a Criminal Justice Act client. Other pro bono experience includes representing fellow veterans in matters related to their veterans benefits.
