Assign targets and incentives. Drive process certification strategy. Develop training practices for Enablement Adminstrators in conjunction with global training team.Work with Team Leads to effectively manage and QA Enablement Adminstrators. Work in conjunction with Team Leads to analyze performance forecasts.Overall Enablement group resource management responsibility. Maintain overall health of Enablement organization ensuring high morale and employee satisfaction levels.Responsibilities include production capacity forecasting, workflow management and prioritization, active coaching of team leads and Enablement Administrators, client process & operations management, and project management.
