Cx Process Analyst - Global
Current- Project managing global deployment of Glory's CRM, implementing integrated processes cross-functionally thought the business. Main responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Implementation of business change projects, identifying and delivering software tools within the global business that increase efficiency and enable success for corporate objectives.
- Delivering continuous BAU support and improvements to our internal customers
- Aligning regional activities to create baseline KPIs for measurement of improvement initiatives along with providing reporting solutions to support and manage Key Sales indicators.
- Managing existing Improvement Projects that will maximize cost-benefit and efficiency, including regional customer onboarding, solution configuration, and customer quotation tools.
- Serving as Global Super User for Oracle Sales Cloud and Configure Price Quote and CX Champion.
