CurrentWork in a high paced NOC to quickly diagnose and correct issues with customer’s network and phone systems.Work a wide range of IT tickets in BruinHosted Cloud PBX configurations and troubleshooting in Broadsoft, VoIP solutions dealing with SIP and DID based integrated technology Provision, maintain, and configure SD Wan devices from a repair, testing, and monitoring perspective Troubleshoot issues with WAPs in Blue SocketApply configurations found in N-Command to replacement devicesUse NPAC to find number porting statusUse applications like Empirix, to trace SIP calls in order to determine the point of failure.Open tickets with SIP providers such as Bandwidth, Verizon, and IntelliquentManage and work through carrier related issues with onsite technician, as well as remote session into device to configure and further troubleshootMaintain Cisco/Adtran switch and router configurations and troubleshooting of Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols Worked with higher tier network and carrier teams to correctly escalate issues that required their attentionDesign, update and correct network to customer layout designs during maintenance and activation Assist with maintenance windows and monitor equipment during\afterwards for issues. Train new engineers.
