My work at Delta Railroad Construction, Inc. began due to the need for a consistent Quality presence throughout the company. In order to create a larger quality mindset, I have organized the quality program that existed before my time at Delta, re-developed the Quality Manual and procedures, grown the quality department, and continue to sustain the system.Some of my work includes:• Perform Field/Work Inspections• Audit Supplier Quality Systems and In-Process Work• QC Meetings with Suppliers, Customers, DRCI Crews• Review Job Specifications, Drawings, Procedures with On-Site Forman/Supervisors/QC• Supervise and coordinate with the Quality Control support staff.• Review procedures, drawings, and contract specifications.• Direct the removal and replacement of non-conforming work and stop work that was not in compliance with the contract.• Review all Deficiency Reports, determine the dispositions of non-conformities.• Track non-conformities through the Deficiency Report Logging and verify that the issues have been fully corrected and accepted prior to closure.• Document Daily Work and Inspections• Maintain and Coordinate testing per the Inspection and Test Plan.• Maintain and Coordinate equipment calibrations• Maintain all documentation associated with the QA Manual in an electronic database for quick accessibility.• Review, approve, and maintain all supplier/subcontractors manuals, procedures, and instructions.• Create and Maintain QC Manual• Maintain all company procedures & forms• Submittal review, creation, tracking, logging• Coordinate with suppliers throughout the purchasing, design, submittal, delivery, receipt confirmation, deficiency.• Direct Quality Management Review• Perform requirements of Internal/External Auditing• Drafting and Design of work components

While at Insite Group my my drafting duties included interpreting and converting groundwater flow, and contamination data, into a linear form overlaid onto a customers site map for review by other environmental scientists and geologists. Additional drafting activities included creating floor plans, electrical and pneumatic schematics, and at times overseeing 1 other draftsmen. As a field technician my capabilities took me from assisting the remediation specialist to self performing troubleshooting and installation of groundwater remediation systems.
