Hired to assist in the completion of the Vidrio mixed-use project consisting of 75 condo units and 10,000 square feet of retail space. The City purchased this key downtown redevelopment project out of bankruptcy and completed the project as the developer.

DMC Green was a start-up alternative fuel infrastructure company focused on retrofitting existing fuel stations with E-85 and bio-diesel fuels, as well as electric vehicle charging stations. In my various roles I worked on new product development including developing processes and procedures, built a company-wide data management system, wrote and co-wrote grant applications resulting over $1.4 million dollars in awards, and managed internal staff and outside contractors.
