Followed assigned daily routes driving a company van to complete scheduled service calls in an allotted time frame. Communicated with customers, at their locations, to identify TV, Internet and/or phone service issues to locate, diagnose and repair technical problems and assure reliable service. Provided direct customer service by providing demonstrations about use of the services. Assured proper use of safety procedures in the performance of duties, i.e., use of ladders, cutting and prep tools and other general and cable-specific instruments and tools.Repairs often required performing work in small, dusty and high places utilizing company equipment like bucket trucks.
