Chain Electric is one of the largest electrical transmission and distribution contractors in the country. Its'​ services span across the southeastern United States. As a company Chain Electric performs approximately 60,000 jobs per year for many corporate customers, with revenues well over 150 million annually. As a Chief Financial Officer I am responsible for producing and ensuring the accuracy of the company's financial statements. I have to coordinate and host meetings with upper management to facilitate our financial reporting and analyze key performance indicators that are used by field managers daily. Because my responsibilities include the overall financial reporting of the company, my duties and proficiencies must envelop all accounting practices. I play roles in every accounting department to ensure our practices produce the most accurate and meaningful results in the most efficient manor. I've coordinated many company initiatives to achieve the financial reporting goals expected by the owners. Every day presents a new opportunity to improve and streamline our accounting processes, and I confront each opportunity with an open mind to develop the best practices for this company.

Swag Cards is an Ebay based company that sells sports memorabilia, and is the largest seller to date, selling approximately 5,000 auctions per week. As an operations manager I must manage employees and procedures daily. I have contributed to many changes within the organization through the use of corporate structure analysis, cost accounting, and risk analysis. With the corporate structure analysis I was able to determine jobs that were redundant and not value adding, and eliminate expenses due to this observation. With cost accounting I was able to segregate non-profitable ventures and maximize profit by concentrating on the highest profit yield projects. With risk analysis I was able to determine security failures that allowed for large company losses, and set procedures in place to eliminate any future losses due to the same incidents. My daily tasks are to manage personnel and procedures. We have to handle customer service issues, product preparation, delivery, Ebay listing preparation, organization, expenses, and wholesale deals daily.

As a Store Manager, I was engaged with customers and coworkers daily. I was in charge of the paperwork and budgeting of the store. I was in charge of the time keeping and time management of the store. I had to keep the store organized and uphold the highest standards of presentation of product and personell. I had to hire, train, and let go of all employees associated with my store. I had to host meetings and provide evaluations for all members of my store. I had to incorporate any structural changes down to the store level, and participate in the evaluation of those changes. I was in charge of inventory management and had to account for all inventory pieces in many levels of purchase, lease, reaquisition, and transfers. As a Level 2 Technician and mentor, I was expected to hold the highest metrics for my own performance. I was used as a training tool daily with all new employees, training in the actual processes expected. I was expected to handle any situation with customers in which they were irate with the company, coworker, or product without escalating the situation. I was expected to handle any situations and questions the entire site (approximately 150 employees at a time) may have that the technician didn't understand or completely identify the issue the customer was calling about.
