As a retired executive with an MBA degree in operations management, I have over 30 years of experience in various industries, from consumer goods to capital equipment to packaging/printing to aerospace and automotive. I have a track record of solving business problems and leading people to exceptional results, using data, facts, quality, and continuous improvement principles.Most recently, I served as the COO of Envirosight, a privately held company that provides inspection solutions for underground infrastructure. There, I improved gross profit margins, drove new product development, raised customer satisfaction, and established operating metrics and reporting systems. I also deployed e-commerce and Salesforce CRM implementations, and contributed to the successful sale of the company to IDEX Corp for $120M in February 2022. Before that, I was the Executive Global Quality, CI and Consumer Services Leader in a large corporation, where I built high-performance global organizations and processes. I am now looking for board and consulting opportunities, where I can leverage my extensive experience and insight in small business operations, development, and customer service. I enjoy applying what I learned in a cross-functional culture to different business challenges and opportunities.
