Responsible for managing SMEs and CSC for the Common Language, TRA, MiD product lines. Responsibilities included:• Led team to provide customer support, training, and documentation on products and services, often travelling onsite to discuss customer issues and recommend solutions• Manage and facilitate iconectiv run user group meetings with customer base (TAG, IAB, CIGRR)• Led team to develop and deliver various customer workshops and User Group sessions• Mange teams attendance at industry standards meetings (ATIS, MEF, FCC, etc), ensuring proposed changes aligned with product direction, and standards changes incorporated into future releases of product software• Managed sub teams responsible for CL and TRA Customer Support functions, as well as sub team responsible for corresponding hosted systems support

• ServiceGate/Telcordia Tools: managed all functional groups, including system engineering, software development, product test, and project management. ServiceGate was used by Bellsouth to provide a protocol independent gateway for processing LSR requests. Group was also responsible for the development/maintenance of internally developed tools (such as ontrac and nTools), which I worked to offshore the majority of the development work for these tools in an effort to reduce costs.• Network Configuration Management (NCON): managed group of system engineers responsible for authoring requirements for all aspects of a new network inventory and activation product.• Exchange Link (EL): managed group of product and integration testers responsible for performing live, integrated testing between 12 CLECs and 9 ILECs. EL allowed trading LSRs and ASRs over a nationally managed Telcordia service.• Interconnection Solutions: managed 27 testers responsible for the SM, WSM and VFO products, and the end-to-end testing between EL and 7 ILEC systems.• ISCP: managed group of testers responsible for testing the AIN, LNP, HLR, WIN/SCP, CIN, and CCSN components of ISCP.• TIRKS, FEPS, PWS, PPW, and NCON: managed group of 18 testers that spanned the Bellcore products that support the total network provisioning process, which consisted of both legacy and client/server systems.
