The Linkin Law Firm, located in Austin, Texas, is dedicated to representing individuals and institutional investors. I work hard to hold financial institutions responsible for their unlawful conduct. My goal is to recover damages for investors who have suffered investment losses due to the bad behavior of the very institutions charged with safeguarding their money and their futures. That is the passion behind this law firm. I also started this law firm because I love what I do. I have represented banks and brokerage firms, but I find it far more personally meaningful to represent investors. Just as importantly, I am ferociously competitive. I love to win. I especially enjoy recovering money for the people who need it most … you and your loved ones. The focus of my practice is suing brokerage firms and other financial institutions to obtain fair compensation when they lose their clients’ money improperly. Not all losses are improper (i.e.,market losses), but when you lose money because of fraud, negligence or other wrong doing, you need someone to stand-up for you and protect your rights. The firm also helps with the following types of matters: business disputes, commercial litigation, entertainment law and general corporate matters.
