• Excellent communication and teaching skills, self motivated, works well alone or with people, very well organized and neat, able to learn new material quickly and independently, dependable, and eager. • Able to plant shrubbery, trees, flowers, and build ponds, retaining walls, patios, pathways, foundation beds and dirt work. • Knowledgeable in maintaining and operating heavy equipment including: skidloaders, excavator, trucks and trailers, tractors including Bobcat, and small equipment such as sod cutter, trencher, chainsaw, straw blowers, and chop saw. Also have a Class A drivers license along with DOT.
