Responsible for development of employer and workers’ compensation programs in conjunction with develop/maintaining the clinic’s medical billing & collections for various health plans, Medicare, auto-plans, and W/C insurances. Provide occupational therapy services to patients, management of clinical and office staff. I performed Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE’s), Job Site Analyses (JSA’s), Post-Offer Employment Testing (POET), Ergonomic Evaluations, and Injury Prevention Programs for both government agencies and private employers. Retained by legal firms as a consultant on topics of ergonomics, functional testing and provide expert witness testimony. Speaker at various functions related to the assessment of functional abilities, return to work, injury prevention and the impact upon the employer and the worker.
