I have been in the computer world since 1985 when friends of the family owned a computer store I worked and learned with them for many years. In 2002 I felt I was accomplished enough to go into a business or home and resolve the issue within 1-1 1/2 hours so I started PC Tech 2 U. We still to this day try to fix any and all issues for business or residential customers in that same time frame. We have grown I have 4 full time employees two that manage the stores and two full time onsite tech, that being said we have over 4000 customers. The great thing about us is that two tech can take care of 4000 plus customers because we fix things right the first time and show customers how to take care of their computers so that dont see us all the time. I think that is what separates us from the rest of the tech companies in Rockford. We now also carry Voice Over IP Phones, Home and business audio solutions (i.e. Bose, Yamaha, etc. ) we also do home security systems and camera.
